RETURNS AND REFUNDS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION - LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY AND RETURN FOR DEFECT OR NON-CONFORMITY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
RETURN REQUEST METHOD
If you want to make a return, follow these simple steps:
1. Once your order has been received, send a return request to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for return.
We remind you that only products that are received damaged, defective or incorrect can be replaced: therefore, returns with a size change request will not be accepted.
- Look at your mailbox, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the return form with the Return Authorisation Code (RMA) and the address of our warehouse which you will need to print and apply to the outside of the box containing the products you wish to return.
- Insert the products in their original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them.
As indicated in the General Conditions of Sale, in fact, returns cannot be accepted if even one of the following hypotheses occurs: the warranty seal is not intact and / or has been removed from the Product; the tag is not perfectly intact and / or has been removed from the Product; all labels, in fabric or loose, are not perfectly intact and / or have been removed from the Product; the Product lacks any attached instructions / notes / manuals or is in packaging other than the original one; the Product is not in the same condition in which it was shipped; the Product has been worn and / or washed and / or ironed and / or treated in any way. The Consumer is in any case responsible for the decrease in the value of the Product resulting from its manipulation other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning and in this case, if the Seller deems to accept the return, the Consumer will have right to reimbursement only of the amount equal to the residual value of the Product. To this end, therefore, the Consumer is invited not to manipulate the goods beyond what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same and to cover the original packaging of the Products with other protective packaging that preserves its integrity and protect it during transport even from writings or labels
The returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact and, if despite the non-compliance with the above conditions we still intend to accept the return, we will charge you for any possible decrease in the value of the Product, refunding you only its residual value.
- Print the return form and insert it inside the box containing the products you wish to return. Apply our warehouse address on the outside of the box.
- Send your return to the following address:

- Keep the shipping receipt.
- When the return is at our warehouse, we will refund you with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer.
LEGAL CONFORMITY GUARANTEE - RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the event of defects and / or non-compliance, you will have the right to restore the conformity of the product, by repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by art. 130 of the Legislative Decree n. 206/2005.
If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect product, you can request the repair or replacement or refund of the item no later than 2 (two) months after discovery. Pursuant to and for the purposes of the European Directive 44/99 / EC and articles 128 and ss. of the Italian Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers the lack of conformity of the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from their delivery.
To request a refund, follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph - "Return Request" - indicating as specific reason "Product damaged, non-compliant or incorrect sending" and attaching one or more images of the item in question, in which the defect is clearly visible.
Once the procedure has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the return form and all the instructions to proceed with the shipment.
The authorisation to return the product will in no way constitute recognition of its non-compliance, the existence of which must be verified by us after the return.
We reserve the right to refund the defective item only after carrying out the appropriate quality checks, to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product.
In the event that the non-conformity of the product is ascertained, we will refund you with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer.
